By subscribing to Falcon IPTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all users of the Falcon IPTV service, including subscribers and visitors to our website.

Falcon IPTV provides an internet-based television streaming service offering access to live channels, movies, and TV series. The service requires a stable internet connection to function properly.

• Minimum recommended speed: 15 Mbps for HD quality
• Recommended speed: 25 Mbps or higher for 4K Ultra HD
• The service is compatible with Android TV, Fire Stick, smartphones, PC/Mac, and smart receivers

All subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once activated. By completing payment, you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and no refund will be issued.

• 3 Months Plan — SAR 99
• 6 Months Plan — SAR 150
• 12 Months Plan — SAR 199
• Dual Year Plan (2 devices) — SAR 398

We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.

Each subscription is intended for use on a single device at a time. Sharing login credentials or using the subscription on multiple simultaneous streams is prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund.

The Dual Year plan provides two fully independent accounts, each for use on one device at a time.

We offer free device transfers for subscribers who change their device. To request a transfer, contact our WhatsApp support team. The transfer will be completed promptly at no additional cost.

While we strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, server updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by your internet connection, device issues, or force majeure events.

• Reselling or redistributing the service or credentials
• Using the service for commercial broadcasting purposes
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent any security measures
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties

Falcon IPTV acts as a technology service provider. We are not responsible for the content of individual channels or programs. Content availability may vary based on regional licensing agreements.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
